Right foot forward; from tango to tenants!

Hello Everyone:

My name is Jonny Lambert and I firstly would like to thank the founders of BP and the (seemingly) genuine message of wanting to help others grow.

I own and run a tango dance studio in Buenos Aires, Argentina and we strive to achieve the essence of the philosophy that I read in the 9 core beliefs: adding value, supporting growth and learning, patience, prudence, etc... Fortunately, this philosophy has provided a profitable platform for my business and we (my lovely wife and beautiful baby: see pic) are now in the position to start investing some cash.

Our lofty goal is acquire at least one million dollars in annual positive cash flow and have at least 10 million dollars in equity before we turn 40 (I am 31 now).

By sifting through all of the great material here on BP, I believe it is sound advice to pick a niche and so far I am divided between SFRs and MFRs. I am from Colorado and am looking at the Denver area as my first market but would be very open to suggestions from others as to a good market for someone who is cash rich.

I am also interested in learning more about being a hard money lender.

Once again thank you for this platform and I look forward to learning from you all.

Un abrazo!
