Hello,

Just starting my journey into the real estate realm. I am looking to learn how to invest our excess income into long term "get rich slow" rental properties. I have toyed with the idea of REI for about 6 years now, but feel that I have finally gotten to the right place professionally, personally and financially to make sound decisions. Hopefully I will get to meet some knowledgeable people for the Hampton Roads area.
