I don't mind taking time off and purchasing out of state either (within reason - I'd prefer to keep them towards the west), so if any RE Agents/Brokers/Investors/etc.. want to link up down the road if there are good purchases to be made, I'd like to do business/partner up with you!

I drove by one of they're developments yesterday and they have 6 spec homes going up on what appears to be contiguous plots of land on I believe Thomas rd just west of pima in Scottsdale if memory serves me.
