Hello I'm new at the whole real estate investing game and after reviewing a few different strategies I feel like wholesaling is for me.

Then use all your efforts and time to learn that part of the "game".

I am just getting back 'into the game' after a decade long (unintentional) hiatus. 

First off, I am a total newb to the real estate game, but have been doing a lot of research over the past year including reading both of Daniel Green's books, (which are awesome) and am ready to start the process of analyzing properties and various markets.

My question to those out there that have been in the game for a long time.
