Whole salers in the northern Colorado

Hello I'm new at the whole real estate investing game and after reviewing a few different strategies I feel like wholesaling is for me. However I'm having difficulties tracking down owners while I drive for dollars. I'm also in the northern Colorado market and not sure if it's even a good market to wholesale in. My question is one what's a good way to track down owners and two is there any wholesalers in the northern Colorado market that could maybe give me some pointer.

Hi @Jose Olivas

@Jose OlivasYou can usually find property info on the assessors page on counties websites.  This is the Weld county site https://www.weldgov.com/Govern.... You can skip trace to find things like phone numbers or non occupied mailing addresses.  I use propstream to skip trace but there are a lot of good ones out there.

We should grab a drink or meal, I would be happy to help.  You can also come to our NoCo investors networking meetups.  You might find investors that will buy your future wholesale deals.   It called the BadAss Real Estate Investors group.  You can find the info here on BiggerPockets under on the event page or over at meetup.com.
