Indianapolis MLS Access

Hello everybody!! My name is Juston and I'm a real estate "student" currently transitioning into Investing. I've met a decent number of other investors and Property Mgmt groups over the last year in my focal areas (Indianapolis/Zionsville/Anderson) that have expressed having disposable capital but not enough inventory, and would be open to receiving deals if the numbers make sense. I've invested in multiple softwares, tools & market research to help me locate property and owner info (such as Propstream, Batchleads, etc) but it's not providing the returns I know I could be getting if I was directly tapped into the MLS. My purpose of this post is to find a strong, reliable Real Estate Agent in my area looking to grow their own business, and who'd be willing to help partner with me on future deals and provide access into their MLS portal so that I can focus on acquisitions (finding off/on-market properties) to then shop to the end buyers/investors on my list. If it sounds like a venture worth taking on for you or any Agents you know in Indianapolis, please reach out to me!
