Also, take a look around at comparable properties in the park and see what they were selling for and what made them sell for more, that might help you see what certain features buyers are looking for.

@Jay Helms I think just being able to choose when and where we work is the most important feature of doing this business.

Complete redesign to include open concept floorpan and upgraded features throughout.

I would recommend Tellus, the app is free full featured and my tenants like it as well.

It’s nice to not have to be the bad guy haha since the software enforces it for you if you turn the feature on.

In your ads, I would have information about how it could be great for health science/medical students because of how close it is to the medical school, hospital, etc but also include other desirable features or major employers. (.5 miles to X hospital, 5 blocks to whatever great elementary school, ride your bike to X university!)

Be sure to check if the solo401k at any given institution has the features  you want.
