Scenario just crossed my desk where, as a form of parent-to-child wealth transfer, the daughter had a 33% ownership interest in daddy's LLC.

I used flipkey.com for a while, looked at ArBNB that is not very popular for renting a whole house in my area and have been using homeaway.com which is the parent company of VRBO.  

Having that cash flow while taking care of my housing needs in order to move out my parents house would be great.I'm not sure what other options are available that I can look for, if I'm not approved by this lender. 

When you partner you give up profit, do things yourself but this doesn't look like a deal to donate any brain damage to. :)

(FYI...My son and I are going to invest together....I've been the parent/co-signer,lost every deposit mom for 5 years of said son (lol), and plan to start with student housing in Sonoma where he lives and will occupy the SFH 1st property.)Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
