New to BP but not investing (have R.E. license) in 1980.  Positioned for my 1st deal but not sure of the area.  1st choice is to stay in the Bay Area where I live/know.  May have to go out of state to AZ where family is and can help manage, etc.  Interested in student housing/area.  Ready to go but not confident where? This is my post this week but the more I learn the less I feel I know, so it may change next week.  Thanks!

PS...In 9 months of studying and researching, BP is where it's at, hands down!

Be wary of paralysis by analysis, it can do in the best of us. No one knows it all, even people who've been doing it for decades. Sooner or later you just need to take the plunge. Though, from where I sit, the bay area is too expensive for anything other than flipping. If possible, I would probably try to find a less expensive market.
