Probate and creative financing

Was trying to do a lease purchase with this property until they said it couldn't be done since house in probate.  Daughter owned house, and parents are heirs.  They wanted $350k with the lease purchase.  House worth that - maybe a little more.  House has a mortgage of $325k with payments of about $2300.  They wanted $2600/month in the lease purchase.

Is there anything salvageable here creatively?
