Teaching a child about real estate

I am looking for suggestions on how to teach children about investing in real estate. I have an 8 year old that I would like to raise with an investor mentality. I have read the Rich Kid Smart Kid book. We own and manage rental properties so she is exposed to almost daily discussions around real estate. For starters, I am not sure how many 8 year old kids even understand what a tenant is, what rent is, what financing is, etc. My child has been exposed to all these things. I am looking for any suggestions on how I can further develop her mind-set.
