You will need to learn the tricks of choosing which applications to use when training new tenants if they become difficult.Ontario is the most tenant friendly jurisdiction in North America, in my opinion, so screen carefully because you will not be able to evict once you have a tenant.

It's more of a crystal ball thing than checking off the qualification check list that RMLOs are trained to do.RMLOs can't do third party originastions due to their employment status of having to operate under a registered lender, a brokerage, bank, etc.
