New investors from Connecticut
Hello BP Colleagues!
My husband, Mark, and I are new RE investors in CT. We started our company, Plum Home Solutions, LLC in mid 2015! We are focusing on residential redevelopment projects in the Central CT area.
I currently work part-time with a national online curriculum company training teachers across the Northeast in the product, and my husband works full-time at ESPN in the IT Department. We both have the goal of working our investment business full-time in the near future!
Our millennial son and recent UCONN grad, Eric Zdanowski, introduced us to Bigger Pockets when he recently found the community after beginning his own RE investment business! I guess we are keeping it all in the family!! Perhaps our daughter, Kendra, a business major at Bentley University might catch the "investment bug" down the road!
Meanwhile, we are looking forward to meeting other Bigger Pockets colleagues, as well as taking advantage of all of the great articles and advice posted here. As we gain our own experience, we hope to share more of our story and lessons-learned with all of you!
Simply excited,
Lorine and Mark Zdanowski
