Hi Everyone! I live in St. Thomas, Ontario, which is just outside of London. My husband found this site and signed up, so I thought I'd get myself on it as well. We're just about to close on our first duplex and are very excited to officially get into real estate investing. We've both had prior experiences renting out former homes (his old house and my old condo), but neither were very long term or very good as far as cash flow goes. We're both looking to learn a lot through our duplex as well as through the forums and podcasts on bigger pockets. Looking forward to making some connections and picking some brains on investing in Ontario!
