This training can make you a multi millionaire  at best or put 50 to 100k+ in your pocket every year part time. 

But Incase they deny it or find other excuse to stall what would be alternatives?

A lot of training actually.

I’ve seen too many new builds stall because no one spotted the red tape early.

The issue is not the contract, the issue is going to be enforcing the contract, the individual who was selling this could hold this up for years and cost you tens of thousands in legal fees, and then they file bankruptcy and stall it another 5 years.

The one thing you need to know is that buying the next deal (home/SFR/Townhome etc.) will stall you from buying anything on FHA/VA (gov backed) for 2 years and conventional for 4 years.
