The Best Investment You Have Ever Made

....and I am not talking about a property. 

Lately my business partner and I have been investing in other ways we never imagined possible a year ago including yellow letters, online tools, and more that at the time were very pricey to us. Now we are almost ready to bring on our first employee. 

My question: What is the best non-property investment that you have ever made to enhance your real estate business?
