Networking with high net worth individuals and closing on great deals to offer solid returns to your investors is also key.

I'm not looking to get rich, but I am looking to get out of the rat race of check to check living.

Luckily I have been married to a woman that has been saving money for about 25 years and I have a good friend that is rich (but not in real estate) and has been helping me for five years.

I would also assume that entails having to work and subsequently pay-out part of my commissions to that broker in the event I do close on properties.Any advice from individuals who have had the same thought would be great.....thanks everyone!
