Newbie from Louisville, KY
Hey there! Name is Russ Fallon from Louisville, KY. I'm in my mid-20's and work in the J-town area in the manufacturing field.
I've had a few entrepreneurial experiences, but decided to get serious when a loved one was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago. It came as a shock and really opened up my eyes to how precious life is. I've realized I need to be doing all I can to live life to the fullest. I'm really interested in starting my RE investing career with long-term buy/hold strategies in rental properties. My general long-term goal is financial freedom, so that I can spend more time with family and enjoy living while I can.
Some books I've read that have gotten me started on this journey: Rich Dad Poor Dad, The 4-Hour Work Week, Building Wealth One House at a Time, and The Book on Rental Property Investing (which is what brought me to BiggerPockets!)
