I need some HELP!!!!!

Hi Guys, 

  I'm extremely nervous. I recently discovered that real estate is arguably the best investment in the United States. Over the past few weeks I've been going back and and forth in my mind, even getting frustrated trying to find information on what to do. I have what's to me, some financial complications that are hard to overcome. However, I know that somewhere out there in the real estate world, there is opportunity to get my foot in the door. I'm looking to gain the knowledge, funding or wisdom on how to get it, to get my start in real estate investing. Thank you guys for having me. I'm hoping not to fall on my face, or that I'll have to knowledge to get back up after doing so.
