They are getting a pay stub in a foreign country.

I'm looking to start an foreign series LLC in either Nevada or Delaware.

I would like to know if anyone deals in Home Loan for Foreign Buyers.

., they just have to possess cross boarder real estate and/or business experiences (wholesaling would actually be regular income, not investment/passive income, and would create different criteria for a Canadian earning foreign income).   

I think Florida has great long term potential as it is more affordable than New York and California and has many foreign buyers and people with money retiring from New York and other areas.

But just those requests got me thinking about future RE purchases and ways to make money....Perhaps putting 2 twin beds in a room or a bunk bed, and renting it out for 3 months to foreign exchange students.  

As you may already know, if the LLC structure you decide on is not able to be formed in your state, you can form it elsewhere and draft it in as a foreign entity.

You put an ad on Craigslist to find a helper for $20/hour for general renovation work, you may get one laconic response in a week, 50% of the time from a foreigner with questionable work status.

Also, you'll have to register foreign entities with your Secretary of State now (or other authority)."
