Direct Mailing feedback...

Hi Everyone

I am hoping to get a little feedback from those with experience doing direct mailing.  I have my list, and plan on hitting 600 of the leads with the first wave of mailings.  I am looking at using Open Letter Marketing, and using their "5 mailer program".  

First, I'd love to get feedback (critique) on the content of the letter.  Secondly, anyone who has experience using Open Letter Marketing...I would love to hear what your experience was/is like,

This is the verbiage I have for the mailer right now (the formatting is a little messed up after I cut and pasted from outside my browser):

Hello, Homeowner!

This is just a quick note to see if you were ready to sell your home. If so, we are CASH buyers, we can close quickly, and can most likely take your property off of your hands at a price that you’ll be happy with, and in its current condition. There are many advantages to selling to us, as opposed to listing your home for sale with a real estate broker.
