My name is Matt Evans, and I'm a new entrepreneur currently spending half the year in North Carolina and half in Florida (I'm only 43, so I don't yet have quite enough grey hair to pass as a typical snowbird, though it's coming). 

Larger brokerages, 2,000 to 3,000+ don't let new agents on the street without agent training in-house.

In other words, is it east to riverside or north to palmdale.

The major benefit being the access to the Broad street subway. 

Never heard anything from my tenant nor the woman. 

While my current place my landlord is trying to sell (an illegal triplex) is across the street from the Kings Plaza shopping mall, I don't necessarily think the area is an up and coming neighborhood.  

There’s other states that have unique laws, Louisiana and North Carolina.

Not the worst street (by far) but still some shady looking pedestrians passing through.
