@Brian Dolbeare This is a "it depends" question for sure, but in most cases street parking is pretty common here.

That does not exist on wall street without an insane amount of risk and volatility. 

@Kevin Hintz It's property dependent, obviously, but last year, I sold one a street back from the beach that they're cash flowing.
