As a beginner i started my yellow letters in the "hood" of hoods. Lol and I only chose that area because i saw a business owner and contractor on the news saying that Baltimore needs revitalization (did you catch my sales pitch) lolllll. I get sooooo many calls from my yellow letters, i currently have 5 more deals under contract. Mind you I started in January of his year.

This may be TMI, but i actually meant my mentor on match.com and he turned me down for a date but asked me if i was interested in real estate. Go figure. But that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Lolllll

Anywho, it took a long long long time to find a buyer. Persistence is the key!! It's easy to get a seller finding buyers and convincing them to buy and determining who the real cash buyers are is the hardest part. Ut was a small reward but mire than what i started out with.

It was a good first cut and dry kind of sort of first deal. I learned a lot. The only issue was the EMD. The buyer must do things differently where he is from. But he came around.

The Meet-up meetings are a huge help for networking. And of course BP assisted me with questions that i had to double check on.

As my relationship with my mentor is over expect to hear from me more often. Thanks sooooo much! I am on my way!

This business involves trust dedication and patience!
Watch out cause now i feel like SUPER WOMAN!!! Lolllll
