I have repositioned product like that in the past, but we haven't built anything new yet.

If you get the -right house (floor plan, quality of kitchen-bathrooms, age of systems - roof etc), -attitude of the seller-landlord, etc(is the seller open to help a tber buy the property, being patient over 2 - 3 years), -right neighborhood (services, low crime, great schools, etc), All these factors create a GRADE A Product.

Could you get an overall shot of the finished product kinda like you have that photo before that shows the entire house?

My friend had done just a huge amount of work and the finished product was gorgeous.

If it was promoting a product or service then it likely was considered marketing resulting in it being removed.

Since I know technically I can put the 20 hours that I spend bar tending into my real estate business and make more money etc do more mail outs signs etc so I feel it isn't productive with my time.

I don't work for YNAB or have any interest in the company, I merely find their product amazing and life changing.
