Wholesale full time but keep part time job?

Hey guys,

I am just wondering how many of you are debt free, and wholesale for a living but also keep a side job maybe 20 hours a week just for the fun (get out etc) In my situation I live alone and am 25 years old and in a city where my family and friends live far away from me.. I just feel like I am taking a step back if I end up going back to working for someone but the problem with wholesaling is there is a lot of down time and you can only do so many bandit signs etc.. I mean of course I can outsource and really crank it up but I was just wondering if some people keep a side job for fun and to get out ! any one have thoughts?

Thanks!

what the fudge was this? Now I'm all concerned about Mr. Account Closed! Will he find satisfaction in his chosen field? Will he find love in the big city? Tune in next week...
