However, the reason I asked opinions is that the owners have included this form in their leases with the clear explanation that they are ok with the presence of them, but it can be declared that they (the renter) is responsible for any safety and security issues that could arise.

The court decided that Airbnb is not recognized as a hotel category but as a service, so that is why the 30 day minimum of renting out your room doesn't apply anymore, or at least this is what I understood from it.
