Bird dog, won't hunt!
So, at our local REI meeting the other night one of the local bird-dogs brought up what sounded like a legitimate deal, if her numbers are right, and with the little she told me they sound right, this is a 50% of FMV deal. The only down side is that it's going to auction next week.
I told her that it sounded like something I would be interested in and that I have the cash to close at the court house if it's legit. I said if she would prepare and bring over a non-disclosure/non-compete, or however she wanted to set it up that we could go any day this week.
Here it is Friday and no call back, I left a message but don't expect to hear back.
Frustrating.
