The issue is, you're not a contractor, and most large companies wont give you a discount and they will treat you as a walk-in client or they will give minimal discount, most of these wholesalers need you to have an account with them, the more you buy the greater the discount.

Dehumidifiers cant dry behind the sheet rock, minimally I would guess the ceilings need to come down and bottom part of walls to remove moisture and water logged insulation.

The credit scoring system in this country tags people who make minimal payments on large balances as good credit risks.

It seems that these books out here are just a sales pitch on paper.
