Other than that one instance everyone has been great to me, but I can't personally speak to the gang situation other than that we've heard some gunshots, but never had anything directly affect us.

I am not focused on it because I think in 95% of instances its moot.rents have gone up ton in Oregon last 10 years to a peak some would say.. so your already at the top with rental rates basically.what I think it could hurt is repositioning plays..

For instance, I partnered in a small syndication by fronting most of the earnest money and prepaid closing costs. 

Whether instance,  fire alarm systems and sprinkler systems are required.

@Derek SperzelIf other properties have loan; in some instanced; they are listed on your credit report and shows as part of debt income ratio.When the loan is on property A; whey would they want to know about other properties that you own?
