Just wondering how Oregon landlords will handle house Bill 608.

@Richard Sherman  Oh ya that one.. I am not focused on it because I think in 95% of instances its moot.

rents have gone up ton in Oregon last 10 years to a peak some would say.. so your already at the top with rental rates basically.

what I think it could hurt is repositioning plays.. IE trying to raise rent when you buy a beater building rehab and now want to move rents up.. If I was in that business I would sure want to understand that aspect..
