do i need my own closing attorney whenbuying directly from seller

im buying directly from a seller and not using an agent. he wants to use his attorney for closing do i also need an attorney?

@Afya Ibomu You don't need an attorney until a major problem arises, and then it's probably too late to bring one into the deal and you have a major problem on your hands. Be smart and get your own attorney who is looking out for YOUR interests.
