Buy tax deed in AL but it has an occupied mobile home?
Land has a date of 2010 last tax sale and the state is selling the tax deed outright. The property has a mobile home on it and is mentioned on the assessor record. There are people living in the mobile home. Is there a waiting period to take the property in this instance? The deed is for the land so I'm confused. Is this a good purchase?
