just a wholesaler out fit calling you.. i get them daily. if its a decent property then no reason to take a discount to sell it. but if you want to discount to sell it.then as stated above just get ahold of all the we buy houses guys and have them compete

The only thing that will give you good training is being teamed up with a mentor in a shadowing daily way, not just a "hey I am available for questions" way.In my experience unless you are very lucky you will mostly have to figure things out for yourself.

Plus I would prefer an investment property closer to my main residence to reduce transportation costs...5) mortgage vs heloc...yes...I need to perhaps do some math on this...because I'm getting paid a varying rate per month (I work from home on a daily paid employment contract)....the challenge with the mortgage is that if we decide, we can't simply pay it off at once or put money over a set amount against the principal.
