Brokerage with good training for brand new agent and

I am a brand new agent who lives in Madison Heights Michigan and I’m going to be working primarily on the selling side. I need to find a broker that is willing to really sit down with me and take the time to go through some intensive training on how to customize and optimize a listing presentation to persuade potential sellers to list their home with me and that I’ve become their listing agent.

I’ve been shopping around at different brokerages, but I want to keep my options open. Please weigh in if you can help me. I’m willing to meet with people over the phone or even in person.

To be honest with you, you can find countless listing presentations available online for you to copy. Since you're brand new and don't have any experience there isn't going to be much you can have in your listing presentation unless you use some of your brokerages numbers. The best listing presentation in the world still won't work if you can't get in front of sellers.  I'd recommend picking a brokerage you like and work on getting in front of as many sellers as you can. If you can, get a scripts partner and practice on them.
