Some schools own a lot of the housing, but they also help promote and recommend off campus housing when it has been through their inspections and passed their criteria.

My question is, when running a Facebook promotion, what are some of the audience criteria people are having success with?

The regulations are designed to promote and encourage town and terrace house development, courts, and garden apartments.

Self promotion is what we try to keep under control.

What is not helpful is thinly veiled condescension, and self-promotion :).

I use the same strategies as I promote for my own RE Investments and certainly appreciate a simple, streamlined approach to doing business.  

It states "Right now you are a customer"  The goes on to detail the duties an agent owes to a customer - Disclose defects, treat buyers and sellers honestly, account for money and follow all state and federal regulations.It goes on to say "You may become a client" and details the additional duties owed to clients - Perform to agreements with skill and care, promote your best interests, put the client's interests first (fiduciary obligations) and maintain confidentiality.So if your case was here in Maine (your state could be different) and you were a customer, the agent is free to buy that property that you wanted, so long as he didn't deceive and complied with all other laws.However, if you were a client, he would have violated the requirement to put your interests first. 

I thought the whole concept of a mentor was that they give you guidance because it promotes good will and that since this business is built on relationships it’s good for seasoned and newbies to come together.
