I'm sure plenty of folks will tell you that there is no standard or "it's all negotiable" but this is what I've seen a several developers charge/offer:-Offer investors 6-8% preferred returns on investments-Development Fee - 4% of construction costs- 50/50 split after principal and preferred returns are repaid to investorI'm sure there are a TON of different ways to structure but hopefully that's a start

I am trying to get more into real estate investing, have done a couple of flip and sells via a private lender ( I use the term loosely as he is my father in law and more of a partner since he puts up all the cash and we split the profits 50/50 ).
