How would you fix this door?

Had a tenant tell me they broke a door. They apologized,  said they would pay,  asked me how to proceed.  .  .

I don't recall seeing this type of door at Lowes/home depot,  etc.

It's far from a modern door. There is an aluminum screen door,  then the broken door in photo leading to a 3-seasons room type enclosed poarch.

There is no garage,  so this is the room they store bicycles,  lawn mower,  etc.

They recently requested a lock on this door. (I  found the request reasonable and said yes,  but hadn't completed hat work yet.)

What type of door would you replace it with?

Going back and forth between standard entry door (with big glass to keep the porch vibe)  or a decently heavy storm door with lock to replace the current screen door that's a bit flimsy.

Storm door would fit the vibe better,  but entry door has a bit more secure feeling.

I'll probably start by seing if the Habitat for Humanity Re-Store has a match.
