I am relatively new in the Real Estate world. I got started in Industrial, fixing and flipping a large warehouse. I also own and manage and office building. I am looking to get into small to medium MF.

Ice cream and all that comes with it is what I'm about. I'm an ice cream maker by profession and of course the best thing to think about when you're trying to sell a home is all about when you start to miss your ice cream and then everything falls into place with the sweetness of the flavor.
