After chatting with the utility company they said since it single family it is most likely not electrically wired for that.

@Zeliang Zheng I don’t know how many units you are looking to get into but I’ve got an 8 unit building and a 5 unit building that have given me plenty of confidence to go larger when I find the funding.

You can also bring on another investor to bring the money for the down payment and fund the remainder with debt.

I am trying to figure out the best way to fund the deal.
