changing Host midstream
What are the consequences if a BnB owner/investor (my client), decides to change hosts or self-manage in the middle of a booking?
Consequences to the investor, guest, and me (the current Host)? I offer an easy-out agreement to the owner, but don't want to lose out on monthly fees for longer stays. Better maybe, does anyone have a sample agreement between hired Host and Investor?

I think that it would largely depend on the management contract that you have with them. Generally the managing company would continue to collect their management fee for any bookings they arranged.
If the owner was responsible for the booking, and you are simply taking care of people as they are there (you mentioned that it is a BnB), AND your contract does not state any terms for canceling they probably can do whatever they want.
