Recommendation on how to start multi-family apartment complex
Hello BP. I have invested in several single family houses in Baltimore using BRRRR strategy, it's been great. I want to diversity my portfolio, and I want to get into multi-family apartment complex. I have read several books on it and I know the business well; however, I don't have any experience. What's the best way to get involve in it to get some experience without burning much money?
