Tell them to go to Hell and let the deal fall through or start a new loan with a different bank?

We've repaired all major rot and took it from possibly a tear-down or fall-down to a wonderful usable barn. 

I've been party to nearly 3 dozen deals over the past 2 years and have only had a couple fall through.  

I was considering obtaining a a Realtor Associate License in the very near future for a couple of reasons.  1) It would provide a good fall back into an industry that I very much want to be a part of.  2) Doing it now would allow me to meet the experience timeline to have my Broker's License prior to retirement.  

i currently am the victim of the "golden handcuffs"  im looking to build wealth and cash flow so i do not have to tied to a desk job anymore. 

More attempts of contact to prevent the loan falling into default.  

Arizona is different from Minnesota,, I had a 5 plex, 6 plex, and were older buildings I didn't have choice I provided window a/c units I installed in summer and removed in fall.

I had something like this happen, whereas I had a tree fall on a someone else's property and the insurance company respond to the other side too. 

I feel "why's" fall into two categories.

I did get into two separate HUD repo townhomes, Summer of 1990 and Fall of 1994.
