well, as of 2 hours ago we just closed on our 2nd deal in 6 months, 

purchase price $351000,

total monthly rental income $4150

monthly expenses $916

11% cap rate =thumbs up

we got into real estate to help others who want to be able to enjoy their freedom and set a more clear path towards retirement,

our goal is to build our business and set forth towards our retirement in 5 years, and I want to hear other peoples success stories in the near future as well.

i was first told that i'd never be able to own 1 million dollars in real estate.

my next target is to have 10 million dollars in real estate and finally $100 million dollars in real estate,
