Hi All,

i would like to introduce myself.  My name is Gil and reside in Bayside, Queens.  i work in the finance industry in midtown Manhattan.  i currently am the victim of the "golden handcuffs"  im looking to build wealth and cash flow so i do not have to tied to a desk job anymore.  I am married with a 4 month old daughter.  I have a my series 7,63 and NYS RE License.  I enjoy football, basketball, MMA, Boxing and Jiu Jitsu.

I have been reading quite a few posts and have been listening to BP podcasts (which i love)

Currently the market in my immediate area is VERY inflated and unaffordable for a new investor.  I am still trying to learn the ropes of finding and analyzing a good deal.  Since my area is overly inflated, i've been forced to look at upstate NY and out of state.  I do not currently have a area of focus as i am still trying to see which market makes the most sense for me to enter.

i actually do have a few questions i want to ask but im not sure if i should make a separate post for each question or just ask them all on here...

looking forward to interacting and meeting some of your in the near future!

Thanks in advance!
