Quick question, what do you guys use on your units like Fourplex Fiveplex's ? What have you experienced to be better and economical ?

Evap coolers don't really work during monsoon season because of the humidity and they are a nightmare to maintain.  Central AC would have to be the best option for a multi-room unit, you may be able to get away with a window AC or wall mounted mini-split on a one room studio.
