I do have a no pet policy because well dogs destroy stuff cats pee everywhere and birds may be some of the most dirtiest animals there is.

When pressed on breed restrictions for service animals, we rely on the fact that is would not be a reasonable accommodation to pay thousands of dollars extra per year or shop for a new insurance policy because a tenant wants to keep their emotional support Rottweiler.

@Evan Polaski the issues are 1 cats but the cats are not ours they were left by people who don’t rent from us it was just a house that is close by and I told them we were working on it with animal control.

You can't just close an animal shelter so volunteers had been coming in to help care for the animals.
