I started the Dave Ramsey program earlier this year and I am debating on selling them and paying off some personal debt car and credit cards etc.

As for advertising start with a letter and a business card to everyone you know or knew letting them know you are a Realtor.

Send ads/ mailers/business cards to Credit Repair Agencies & Credit Counselors 33.

They also have an internal publishing tool that can send out post cards or letters on a one-time basis or a schedule.  

The floors are really nice (after we scraped off the grime - it was a foreclosure). 

The wild card may be getting the previous landlord to give a written statement saying they broke the lease. 

Get a garden flat spade and scrape that stuff off, or go to box store and get a floor scraper with a blade to get up as much as you can.  

Nice to see none of the debt is credit cards.
