Laura, I think business cards are overrated.

Heck, you process debit cards if you insist for 1/10th the cost and non-reversible. 

I have done it with some contractors taking Paypal where you can use a credit card on that site with a fee, or QuickBooks is another one too.

Certainly will be sure to ask to see the card before signing an official agreement.Wouldn't be asking about cigarettes or cigars.

I wonder if there is a way to web scrape for when a new realtor is hired or passed exams in the area so that I could hit them up immediately.  

@Ryan Vienneau I'm a Buildium customer too, and it blows my mind they don't have credit card tracking in 2017.

Otherwise, you can also invest in a scraping software that will pull the info you need auto-magically!
