Hey @Edwin De leon building a fan base is pretty easy, simply create a page and then create a piece of content that gives your audience value, promote the content using FB ads with the objective "PPE - post page engagement" it's very cheap form of FB advertising, this will start to get page likes but what you really want to do is at the end of every day invite everyone who interacted with the ad to like your page.

My wife and I both just got promotions and within the next 12-18 months we will be able to put aside approx $25K of "extra cash", should be able to do this on a going forward basis, and are looking to get into passive turnkey real estate investing.
